Have you ever wished you knew the traditional art of Hide Tanning? Learning the various methods and taking some of the mystery out of turning animal skin into usable material to enrich your space and leave you with new friends, new skills and a half a piece of deer hide to take home with you!

About the event
Join us for our first two-day Hide Tanning Event, where we will go through the process from start to finish in a hands-on way learning all the steps and covering everything you need to know to get you started in your hide tanning journey!
The tentative schedule for the weekend is as follows:
Day 1: Introduction to Hide Tanning
Morning Session: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
1. Welcome and Introduction (9:00 AM - 9:30 AM)
2. Understanding Animal Hides (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM)
